How Do You Use MS Office To Edit Picture


One tool that I use on regular base is Ms Office Picture Manager. If you want to plants or re-size picture immediately, then this is the best application to do it. I am not a big fan of Ms Office products, but this tool comes really handy when you want to edit p photo quickly. When you set up Ms Office 2007, make sure that you installe this tool too which comes pre-packed.

How Do You Edit Photo In Picture Manager:

To start editing picture, right-click on any picture and choose Open With, from the record choose Windows Office Picture Manager, if it is not given in the record, simply choose Default Program. Now choose Other Programs(see screenshot) and you will find out it there.


Once you have opened picture with Ms Office Picture Manager, simply choose Edit Pictures(see screenshot).


Now you will see Edit Pictures toolbox on the right side, now under Edit using these tools, simply choose Crop, and you will discover multiple alternatives to plants the photo(check screenshot).


After you have done cropping click on OK and click on Back to Edit Images, now under Change Image Dimension simply choose Resize. Here you will discover various alternatives to re-size picture, there are record of defined sizes, you can custom set them too and finally you can re-size on the reasons for percentage of original size.


After you are done click on OK. Now you can preserve this new modified picture by clicking CTRL+S or by going to File > Save. That’s it. Enjoy!
